The EPA Office of Enforcement and Compliance has issued an implementation notice to all enforcement divisions that enforcement action for violations of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. Any individual worker who has neither enrolled in nor completed a certified renovator class and any firm who has not completed the firm certification requirements may be subject to enforcement action, including fines up to $32,500 per violation.

Lead Renovator Certification Class ($150)

The following Lead Renovator Initial Certification training classes will held at various locations around the Saint Louis area. Successful completion of this class fulfills the renovation worker’s training requirement under the EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule.
